Ferrari race driver, Lewis Hamilton, as well as Hollywood stars, Brad Pitt, Damson Idris and Javier Bardem, are among the famous faces you will see in F1, a Apple TV+ production set to release in cinemas in June.
61-year-old Pitt stars as fictional Formula 1 driver, Sonny Hayes, who’s mentored by Hamilton after crossing sports to become competitive teammates with a much younger Joshua Pearce – played by Idris.
Hamilton, a co-producer, promises the film, which also stars the likes of Carlos Sainz and Lando Norris, will “encapsulate what the essence of this sport is all about” and has said he expects it to be the best racing movie of all time.
