Super Eagles veteran Ahmed Musa is set to lead the Nigerian national team to the Unity Cup exhibition tournament scheduled to take place in the United Kingdom.
The 32-year-old forward, who currently plies his trade for Nigeria Premier Football League giants Kano Pillars, will lead the Eagles when the four-nation tournament begins from May 26 to 31, 2025.
Kano Pillars made this known via a statement on social media where they revealed that the former Leicester City and CSKA Moscow forward will spearhead the three-time AFCON champions against West African rivals Ghana, as well as Jamaica and Trinidad & Tobago.
The exhibition event will be played at the G-tech Community Stadium, homeground of Premier League side Brentford.
Musa, who has been a regular feature for the Super Eagles for over a decade, is currently one of the top performers in the NPFL campaign – netting eight times and providing two assists.
