Mohamed Salah and Kylian Mbappe have joined a group of players to have scored 50 goals or more in the UEFA Champions League during wins for Liverpool and Real Madrid respectively on Tuesday night.
Salah scored from the spot to give Liverpool a 1-0 win at Girona and reach the 50-goal mark, while Mbappe made it to 50 goals as well when he opened the scoring for Real Madrid in the 3-2 win at Atalanta.
In addition, Mbappe has become the second youngest player to score 50 Champions League goals, with Lionel Messi holding the record as the youngest player to achieve the feat.
