Jalen Green missed a late three-pointer as Houston Rockets fell by five points to Sacramento Kings in a thrilling contest at the Golden 1 Center.
Kings had control of the first half with De’Aaron Fox and Domantas Sabonis running the show although Ime Udoka’s Rockets kept pace with their hosts.
Rockets started to show signs of a rally in the third quarter and early stages of fourth quarter when they took the lead. But DeMar DeRozan came clutch for the Kings while Green’s missed three – having made three previous shots from beyond the arc – condemned the Rockets to a first loss in six matches.
