La Liga giants, Real Madrid, can now confirm that Rodrygo and Lucas Vázquez will be sidelined for approximately one month due to injuries picked up in the win over Osasuna on Saturday.
Rodrygo has suffered an injury to the rectus femoris of his left leg, while Vázquez has been diagnosed with an injury to the long adductor muscle of his left leg.
Both players will undergo comprehensive rehabilitation programs to ensure their safe and effective return to the pitch as a result, and are expected back around mid-December.
Also injured in that match against Osasuna was Eder Militao, who is likely to miss the rest of the season after tearing his ACL, leading to the Brazilian defender getting stretchered off.
It adds to a growing list of players out for Real Madrid, with the trio joining the likes of Thibaut Courtois, David Alaba, Aurelien Tchouameni on the sidelines.
