Prediction
Leverkusen shook off the rust from the midseason break with a 2-0 win over RW Oberhausen in a friendly, picking up from where they left off in 2024 with eight straight wins and unbeaten in 21 matches in all competitions.
That said, Xabi Alonso’s side have not won in the league against Dortmund since 2022, which is also the last time a meeting between these two witnessed more than two goals scored.
