Ola Aina & Nottingham Forest to Battle Manchester City for Spot in FA Cup Final

Premier League high-flyers Nottingham Forest will face the might of Pep Guardiola and Manchester City in the FA Cup semi-finals at Wembley, after the draws were conducted on Sunday.

Ola Aina’s club saw off fellow Premier League campaigners Brighton and Hove Albion via penalties to reach the last-four, where they will play the Cityzens. Forest will be featuring in their first FA Cup semi-final since 1991.

Meanwhile, City, who last won the trophy in 2023, booked their spot in the semi-finals after coming from a goal down to get a 2-1 win over Bournemouth.

Elsewhere in the Cup, Aston Villa have been drawn against Crystal Palace in the second semi-final fixture after the Villans earned the trip to Wembley with a 3-0 win over the last Championship outfit in the competition, Preston North End.

Aside from 2023 winners Manchester City, Nottingham Forest are the most recent FA Cup victors (1959) left, while Palace are bidding to win their maiden FA Cup crown. The semi-finals have been scheduled to take place on the weekend of Saturday, 26th April.
