Chido Obi scored his first goals with the senior team as Manchester United came from a goal down to get a 3-1 win over Hong Kong in the second match of the Premier League side’s post-season tour of Asia.

The former Arsenal striker got two goals in the second half before another former Arsenal youngster, Ayden Heaven, sealed the win with a late header to complete the comeback win after Juninho put Hong Hong ahead in the first half.

Playing in rainy conditions which made the pitch at Hong Kong Stadium barely playable, though Rasmus Hojlund forced Tse Ka-wing to an early save before Casemiro had a goal ruled out for offside after scoring with a diving header from Bruno Fernandes’ free-kick.

Ka-wing was called into action again to deny Alejandro Garnacho has United continued the search for a breakthrough, which came against the run of play when Juninho pounced on a through ball and fire the shot beyond Tom Heaten for the opening goal.

Obi equalised for the Red Devils just five minutes into the second half at the end of a neat move involving Kobbie Mainoo and Manuel Ugarte, before finishing off a Mason Mount free-kick to put United ahead in the 82nd minute.

Heaven wrapped up the win with a stoppage time header off Amad Diallo’s cross into the box.
