The relationship between Manchester United manager, Ruben Amorim, and the club’s castaway forward, Marcus Rashford, appears to be at the point of no return as the pair are reportedly not on talking terms anymore.
27-year-old Rashford last featured for the Red Devils in mid-December and has only appeared on the Amorim’s Matchday squad just once ever since.
It is reported that United’s head coach only speaks to Rashford when addressing the squad generally, as they no longer speak to each other on an individual level.
Amorim had stated last weekend he would prefer to select his 63-year-old goalkeeping coach, Jorge Vital, than a player who does not give his maximum. This was in response to a question about whether the England international may have a route back into his plans.
Rashford has previously stated he wanted a “new challenge”, and he and United are seeking to part ways in the current window.
