Real Madrid gaffer Carlo Ancelotti has dismissed reports of a training-related disagreement between new signing Endrick and German defender Antonio Rudiger.
Footage of Real Madrid’s pre-season training in the United States of America went viral after Rudiger shoved off Endrick to give him a taste of the physical battle in the European league.
The video went viral on social media, and some reports claimed there was a possible fallout between the Brazilian youngster and the experienced defender.
While squashing the rumours, Ancelotti said Real Madrid’s marque signing Kylian Mbappe will also receive the same welcome ‘gift’ from the former Chelsea defender.
“Reports of an issue between Rüdiger and Endrick? Nothing happened. Rüdiger just welcomed Endrick (smiles). He will do the same when Mbappe comes. Antonio is a great guy,” the Real Madrid boss said.
Rudiger has often been tagged the ‘joker’ in Real Madrid dressing, and he has also confirmed that he’s the ‘craziest’. Due to his actions on the pitch and in training, his Real Madrid teammates often refer to him as’ El loco’.
The Spanish giants will put all their training sessions to the test when they face Italian side AC Milan in the early hours of Thursday morning at Soldier Field in Chicago.
