Luka Doncic recorded his second triple-double as a Laker, scoring 22 points along with 12 rebounds and 12 assists but his and Gabe Vincent’s efforts were not enough as the Los Angeles Lakers fell 111-108 at Brooklyn Nets.
Doncic shot 8-for-26 in the Bronx as the Lakers featured without LeBron James, who is recovering from an injury to his left groin area, with Gabe Vincent putting up a season-high 24 points for the Purple & Gold.
Cameron Johnson scored 18 points, including a clutch foul-line jumper over Luka Doncic with 59.6 seconds remaining as the Brooklyn Nets snapped a seven-game losing streak.
