Jalen Brunson starred with 32 points to help the New York Knicks force Game 6 in the Eastern Conference Finals series against Indiana Pacers thanks to a 111-94 win in Game 5 at Madison Square Garden on Thursday night.
Knicks dominated a must-win contest for them at MSG, leading by 10 points at the half and extending the advantage to as much as 20 points before seeing out the encounter, with Brunson going 12 for 18 at the end of the night.
Karl Anthony-Towns played through a knee injury to finish with 24 points and 13 rebounds for the Knicks, who limited Pacers’ star, Tyrese Haliburton, to just eight points and six assists.
