Denver Nuggets duo, Nikola Jokic and Russell Westbrook, each posted a triple double to create NBA history in the 124-105 win over Brooklyn Nets on Friday night.
Jokic finished the game with 35 points, 15 assists and 12 rebounds for a triple double while Westbrook chipped in with his own triple double of 25 points, 10 assists and 11 rebounds at the Ball Arena.
Those stats made the duo the first teammates in NBA history to each get a triple double in the same game on multiple occasions.
Jokic leads the league for triple doubles this season, with the one in the Nets game being his 15th and 145th career triple double, while Westbrook, with his third in that game, remains the all-time leader with 202 triple doubles.
