Gamers around the world are experiencing a dull weekend, at least the ones on the PlayStation Network, as the PSN Service has been suffering from an outage that has lasted more than 16 hours since at least 3pm PST/6pm EST.
The PlayStation Network Service page has greeted gamers with a message showing that all services, from sign-in to gaming to the PlayStation Store are all down.
Sony, maker of the popular PlayStation console, said in a statement on social media that it was “aware some users might be currently experiencing issues with PSN.”
The game’s manufacturer has not made an additional update to this post and it remains unclear when services will resume for PSN.
PSN’s downtime means gamers worldwide have been left without access to some of their favourite titles such as Marvel Rivals, Call of Duty, Fortnite, and more.
