Ghana Forward Scores To Give Ludogorets First Leg Champions League Qualifying Advantage

Bernard Tekpetey got his name on the scoresheet as Ludogorets Razgrad of Bulgaria claimed a 2-0 win over Dinamo Minsk in the first leg of their UEFA Champions League qualifying match on Wednesday night at the Ludogorets Arena.

The Ghana forward gave Ludogorets the perfect start by scoring after only nine minutes in the encounter, with Todor Nedelev adding to the advantage in first half stoppage time from the penalty spot, sealing victory ahead of the return leg next week.

Elsewhere, Qarabag have a leg in the next round of the competition after coming away from Gibraltar with a 2-0 advantage over Lincoln Red Imps while Dynomo Kyiv came from a goal down to demolish Partizan Belgrade.
