Turkish champions, Galatasaray, are set to beat the likes of Al Hilal and Arsenal to land Bayern Munich forward, Leroy Sane, on a free transfer, with the German international forward agreeing a three-year deal to join the Super Lig side.
Sane was listed in the Bayern squad to take part at the coming FIFA Club World Cup, even with his contract at the Allianz Arena being set to expire at the end of June.
Despite an improved offer to extend his stay with the Bavarians, The Athletic report that Sane will head to Turkey instead where Galatasaray have offered him close to £200,000 per week.
The 29-year-old’s agent, Pini Zahavi, is still open to counter-offers, according to The Guardian, as Al Hilal, Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur could still land Sane if they make a move quickly for his signature.
