Former Manchester United and Arsena forward, Alexis Sanchez, has completed an emotional return to the Serie A club where he launched into stardom.
The Chile international’s return to Udinese was confirmed by the Serie A club, with Sanchez returning on a free transfer to the Stadio Friuli where he spent five years earlier in his career.
The 35-year-old forward joins on a one-year deal until 2025, after his contract with Inter Milan expired in June. Sanchez returns to the Italian club 13 years after leaving for La Liga FC Barcelona.
Sanchez went on to also play for Arsenal, Man. United, Inter Milan and Olympique Marseille, scoring 134 goals in 389 league appearances across those clubs.
