A lawsuit filed in California Superior Court in Los Angeles by attorneys on behalf of Noushin Faraji is seeking unspecified damages from popular sports show host, Skip Bayless, as well as Fox Sport and Fox Corp.

Faraji, who has publicly identified herself in the lawsuit, worked with Fox Sports as a hairstylist and claims in the lawsuit that Skip Bayless made unwanted advances at her repeatedly and an offer of $1.5 million to have sexual relations with her.

According to the claim, Bayless is alleged to have started making advances at Faraji in 2017, offered the aforementioned sum for sex in July 2021, and threatened her job after she turned down the offer.

The advances, which included lingering hugs, kisses on the cheek and comments from Bayless that she was allegedly sleeping with former co-host Shannon Sharpe and that he could change Faraji’s life if she had sex with him, went on between 2017 and 2024.

Faraji, who denies sleeping with Sharpe, also claims in the lawsuit that she was also subjected to racial and ethnic discrimination while working at Fox, and was fired in 2024 after raising concerns about a series of workplace misconduct.

Other notable personalities named in the lawsuit include Executive Vice President of Content at Fox Sport, Charlie Dixon, and Joy Taylor, who was a moderator on ‘Undisputed’ before Sharpe left the show, which ultimately got cancelled in 2024.
