Ousmane Dembele is set to return for PSG for the clash against midtable Nice in Ligue 1 after the winger was left out of the squad that faced Arsenal in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday night.
Dembele was missing from the squad as PSG lost 2-0 to the Gunners in London amid reports of a training ground bust-up between him and PSG manager, Luis Enrique.
“There’s a problem with [Dembele] and his obligations with the team,” Enrique said ahead of the Champions League clash with Arsenal.
He added, “If someone gravely doesn’t fulfill the obligations the team has, that tells me he’s not prepared. My objective is to do what’s best for the team. That’s the decision.”
However, all seems to have been resolved between Dembele and Enrique in what will serve as a boost for Les Parisiens in their aim to bounce back from that loss in north London when they visit OGC Nice in Ligue 1 on Sunday.
