Super Eagles forward, Samuel Chukwueze, was the hero at the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium on Sunday after scoring in the fifth minute of stoppage time to help AC Milan complete a dramatic 3-2 win over Parma in a Serie A match.
Milan fell behind after 24 minutes to a Matteo Cancellieri but Christian Pulisic got the equaliser for Milan in the 38th minute, scoring with a penalty conceded by Simon Sohm.
Parma’s lead was restored with 10 minutes to go through Enrico Del Prato and the visitors were headed for a famous win, more so after Strahinja Pavlovic had a goal ruled out by VAR in the 89th minute.
However, Milan would get not just one, but two goals deep in stoppage time through Tijjani Reijnders and Chukwueze to steal the three points at the death.
The result takes Milan up to sixth in Serie A with 34 points after 21 games, three points behind Juventus that fell to a first league defeat at Napoli on Saturday.
