The Blues will begin their 2025-26 Premier League season on Sunday, August 17, when they welcome London rivals and FA Cup holders, Crystal Palace, to Stamford Bridge, with the remaining matches for Chelsea in August also taking place in London.
That’s because a short trip to the London Stadium for a match against West Ham United follows the Palace game, with a local derby against Fulham wrapping up the opening month’s schedule for Chelsea in front of home fans.
More London derbies come up in November against Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal, while a tricky festive period awaits Chelsea in games against Bournemouth, Everton, Newcastle United and Aston Villa coming up around the Christmas season.
Chelsea will face Bournemouth for the second time in a matter of three weeks in their final fixture of 2025, while a trip to Manchester to face Pep Guardiola’s City will be the game to start 2026 on January 3. Depending on the FA Cup draw, Chelsea will spend the rest of January 2026 in London.
Enzo Maresca’s side wrap up the season against newly-promoted Sunderland, with the Blues winning the league title the last two times they faced the Black Cats on the final day of the season.
