Playing without Jayson Tatum, Boston Celtics outmuscled Orlando Magic 109-100 to take a 2-0 series lead in the NBA Playoffs thanks to a game-high 36 points from Jaylen Brown at TD Garden on Wednesday night.
Brown added 10 rebounds and five assists and finished the game with with five made threes from seven attempts on his way to a double-double, while with Kristaps Prozingis also posted a double-double with 20 points and 10 rebounds in the keenly contested encounter.
Paulo Banchero put up 32 points for the Magic along with nine rebounds and seven assists in a valiant effort for the visitors, who will now look to get back in the series when they host Celtics in Games 3 and 4.
