Bayer Leverkusen striker, Victor Boniface, could be headed to Saudi Arabia and become team-mates with Cristiano Ronaldo after talks opened between Al Nassr and the Bundesliga club for the Super Eagles star.
The Saudi Pro League giants have turned their attention to Boniface as they look to replace Anderson Talisca as the Brazilian is on the verge of leaving Al Nassr to join Jose Mourinho’s Fenerbahce.
“Talisca has been in contact with us for a long time. Galatasaray made some moves in the last week, but these things happen in transfers,“ Fenerbahce Vice President Acun Ilıcalı said concerning a move for Talisca.
24-year-old Boniface has caught the eye of the Al Nassr just as news of Bayer Leverkusen offering to pay him twice his current wage is going round.
According to Sky Sports Germany, the Super Eagles striker has agreed to extend his contract at Leverkusen until 2029 and increase his earnings to €6 million a year.
